Job Description:

Experience – 2 to 5 years in FMCG (Food) industry.

Location – Pune (Camp).

Qualification – Any Graduate + MBA/PG diploma in SCM

Desired Candidate Profile

Good Communication skills, Excellent Analytical skills, Detail oriented.

Male candidate preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities –

Transport Management

  • Day to day tracking of vehicles
  • Follow up with transporter for loading and unloading issues, damage and shortage, payment reconciliation, payment intimation against bills to transporter
  • Freight bills processing and bifurcation of expenses as per vertical wise dispatch of stocks and maintaining records for the same.
  • Punching of PO against each and every bill of transporter and follow up with factory accounts dept for RCM.

Inventory Management

  • Taken follow up with sales team for liquidation of ageing stocks
  • Providing Factory wise age wise stock detail to Manager Sales Co-ordination for action

DO Processing

  • Follow up with sales team for DO punching and Sales indenting register
  • Finalized the DO keeping in mind the ageing stocks
  • Tracking actual requirement VS actual DO punched and take corrective action
  • Follow up to reduce and increase DO quantity as per truck capacity
  • 5) follow up for banking of Elmac stocks

MIS & EBS

  • Generation and analysis of data for banking, Rolling plan, budget vs actual SKU wise sales Maintaining data of Sales bag
  • 2) Putting banking quantity in EBS of Sarole and Bharoda
  • 3) any other MIS as required by Seniors

Sales Coordination

  • Communication with sales team, transporter and other inter departments to resolve issues raised by filed staffs, transporter and factory
  • Take feedback of customer.
  • Follow up for customer feedback form.
  • Follow up for reversed logistics like call back of quality complain stocks.
