Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a CSE/SR. CSE at Medusind. The CSE/SR. CSE will be responsible for managing and resolving client queries, performing quality assurance checks, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key tasks include coordinating with various teams to provide seamless solutions, conducting regular follow-ups with clients, and utilizing Medusind's technology solutions to support client needs.

Qualifications

  • Client Service Management and Problem-solving skills
  • Technical Skills in medical and dental billing and coding
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance skills
  • Proficiency in Medusind's technology solutions like MedClarity PM and PracticeGenie EMR
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a healthcare or revenue cycle management setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
