Job Title: Field Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Madhyamgram, Jessore Road, Kolkata

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

  • Key Responsibilities: Field Marketing: Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, and local areas to promote educational programs.
  • Build partnerships and maintain relationships with local institutions and vendors.
  • Organize promotional activities, events, and seminars to generate leads.
  • Distribute marketing materials and increase brand visibility in target areas.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) with engaging content.
  • Run paid campaigns and track their performance to generate quality leads.
  • Create and post graphics, reels, and promotional content regularly.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
  • Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Marketing / Digital Marketing.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing tools, Canva, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team player.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance)

Working Days: 6 days a week
