Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job type: Mid-level, full-time, on-site. (Significant travel required to tower sites, customer premises, and partner facilities)

Job Description-

The Telecom Field Engineer will be responsible for executing on-the-ground deployment and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure supporting 5G Mobile Networks and broadband Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) using mmWave. This includes installation, integration, and acceptance testing of equipment at POP, anchor sites, and customer locations, ensuring compliance with project design and operational standards. The role is critical to ensuring timely rollout, service activation, and quality of delivery.

Responsibilities-

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of wireless broadband FWA using mmWave, including RAN, transport, and sites power equipment.
  • Conduct Site Planning, Link budgeting, site surveys, prepare installation reports, and validate field readiness.
  • Support troubleshooting, LOS troubleshooting, fault resolution, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site access procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the PMO to meet project timelines.
  • Provide regular status updates and documentation of completed work.

Experience-

  • Minimum 3-5 years' field experience in telecom rollouts (mmWave Wireless broadband, RAN, transmission, FWA, power), demonstrating familiarity with
  • Hands-on exposure to wireless technologies (broadband mmWave, FWA, LTE, 5G), network commissioning, and service provisioning.
  • Familiarity with site integration, cabling, and power system
