As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-impact internal and external communication initiatives that reflect Altius values, culture, and strategic priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life with speed, creativity, and consistency.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to engage employees and foster a cohesive work environment. Manage internal communication channels (e.g., internal newsletters, intranet, company-wide announcements) and ensure messaging consistency. Foster a strong, positive corporate culture through targeted internal campaigns and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Content Creation & Design- Create visually engaging and informative content, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, branded assets, newsletters, and one-pagers, to support digital projects and initiatives.
  • Lead external communication efforts to enhance brand visibility, maintain positive relations with stakeholders, and drive key messaging. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing & comms content (videos, mailers, case studies, speeches, briefing books etc,) that resonates with target audiences.

Candidate Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years in an agency or communication role, preferably in a digital, tech, telecom or consumer-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in digital brand building and managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional ability to 'think on your feet' and effectively manage time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with agility and accountability.
  • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening tools).
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
