Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary
Technical Co-Founder (Korea)
to lead the
AI and Drone Innovation Program
for our Korean subsidiary under
KSGC 2025
. This is a
founding leadership role
designed for a
Korean national
passionate about building next-generation drone systems powered by AI and robotics. You'll work in close collaboration with our India HQ and Korean R&D ecosystem — shaping the future of smart infrastructure and agricultural intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead
R&D and innovation
in AI, computer vision and drone autonomy.

·      Build localized
AI–drone analytics platforms
for Korean industries (infrastructure, agriculture, smart inspection).

·      Partner with
universities, research institutes and innovation centers
(KAIST, POSTECH, SNU, etc.) for collaborative development.

·      Drive
product development
, prototyping and early-stage team building in Korea.

·      Work closely with
India HQ
to align technology roadmaps and global deployments.

·      Represent
Predulive Labs Korea
within the
KSGC 2025 ecosystem
and national innovation programs.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

·      Strong foundation in
AI/ML
,
computer vision
and
deep learning frameworks
.

·      Hands-on experience in
drones, robotics, IoT systems
and sensor integration.

·      Proficiency in
Python, C++, ROS, TensorFlow/PyTorch
and cloud AI platforms.

·      Experience with
real-time data processing
, edge computing or SaaS-based systems.

·      Proven ability in
team leadership, research collaboration
and
product innovation
.

·      
Master's/PhD
from
KAIST, POSTECH, or SNU
(or equivalent) preferred.

·      Excellent communication in
Korean and English
.

·      
Must be a Korean citizen.
