Applynow to embark on a fulfilling careerScanning/ Scouting of new businessopportunities & tenders across various clients/ donors' websites Comprehending RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToRs),Expression of Interest (EOIs) and coordination with technical teams forend -to -end EOI and Proposal development. Understanding MSC's past work/projects and whereand how these projects are relevant to the RFPs/EOIs Proactive scouting of donors, strategic partners,consultants, and documentation of the same Analyzing data as it pertains to proposalsubmissions, win rates, and opportunities and presenting the analysisarticulately to senior management. Maintaining and up -dating various databases ownedby SI in MS -Word, MS -Excel, coordinating with Technical Teams for updatingdatabases. Supporting in the preparation of reports(MS -Excel, PPT or word), donor scoping, competitor analysis, quarterly proposalreporting, collaterals and other documents. Co -ordinating with internal teams -Administration,Knowledge Management, Finance/Legal as per work requirements. Performing other related duties as assigned. RequirementsMaster's degree in English, BusinessManagement, or equivalent fields.One year or more experience of businessdevelopment in consulting/ banking and financial services related sector.Others with related backgrounds who are interested may also feel free to apply.Prior experience in MIS, databasemanagement, business development, CRM roles will be an added advantage.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteapplications including Word and PowerPoint. Dexterity and strong capabilities(including macros) using Microsoft Excel and other Google -supported databases.Excellent verbal and writtencommunication and language (English) skillsProficiency in MS -Word, MS -Powerpointand Advanced in MS -ExcelExperience in donor and partner scopingand landscape assessmentIdentifying and profiling current andpotential donors in the preferred geographySummarize findings and share it with thelarger MSC team.
