Role overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Event Manager
to lead, plan, and execute
BTL activations, promotional events, roadshows, product launches, and exhibitions
across Lucknow and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end event operations — from ideation to execution — ensuring flawless delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute on-ground events, roadshows, mall activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth event flow.
• Manage client communication, event budgeting, timelines, and approvals.
• Conduct site recces and prepare detailed event plans with layouts, manpower, and logistics.
• Supervise setup, installation, and dismantling activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Handle permissions, local liaison, and vendor negotiations effectively.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports, feedback, and ROI analysis.
• Develop innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement during events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience
  in event management, preferably in advertising or BTL activation agencies.
• Strong vendor network in Lucknow and nearby regions.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and site supervision.
