Role Description
The full-time on-site Sales Manager role, based in Trivandrum, involves overseeing and managing sales operations to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor a team of sales executives, monitor market trends, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, customer acquisition, and revenue generation
- Experience in team leadership, training, and performance management
- Understanding of banking and financial products, particularly related to microfinance, MSME, and housing loans
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- Experience in financial services or banking is an added advantage
