Job Title: Back Office Executive & Confirmation Caller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage back-office operations and handle confirmation calls. This role involves maintaining records, processing data, coordinating with internal teams, and confirming orders, appointments, or information with clients/customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update company records, databases, and documentation.

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Make outbound confirmation calls to clients/customers regarding orders or service details.

Verify and cross-check information before processing.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle incoming queries related to confirmations or records.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC ( 12 PASSED )

Decent communication skills in [ Marathi , Tamil , Telegu , Hindi , English ].

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Prior experience in back-office operations or tele calling is a plus.

Work Schedule:

MONDAY TO SATURDAY

SATURDAY HALF DAY - 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY — 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: 13,000/- TO 15,000/-

2,000/- PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE
