ABO Senior L3 Dev Support

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 9+ years

Key Requirement:

Strong Java coding and debugging skills;

scripting and SQL experience preferred

Core Skills: Proficiency in Java; knowledge of C/C++ is a plus Experience with SQL and RDBMS (Sybase ASE/IQ, DB2) Familiarity with scripting languages: Shell, Perl, JavaScript, Python Exposure to Big Data and cluster computing (Spark, Hadoop, HDFS) is a plus Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Responsibilities: Analyse and resolve complex application issues collaboratively with team members Debug code and analyse logs to identify defects and trends Manage incidents and communicate with users and stakeholders Recommend permanent fixes to improve application stability and performance Leverage automation tools (including ML-based) to detect and remediate failures Identify and automate repetitive alerts/processes in collaboration with engineering teams Challenge existing setups and suggest improvements for stability and efficiency Participate in change management to mitigate production risks Build and enhance run books to reduce operational errors and improve efficiency Develop reports to track application health and support performance trends
