Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for sugar processing equipment, turnkey plant solutions, and related machinery.
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product demos and technical proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Lead bid submissions for government and private sector tenders, ensuring compliance and competitive pricing.
  • Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry expos, and technical seminars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a young engineering graduate with 10+ years experience in sales & marketing within the heavy engineering sector—preferably in sugar, power, or ethanol equipment manufacturing.
