Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
  • Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Support in negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior sales internship in Real Estate or work experience is a plus.
  • The candidate needs to associate with as many brokers as possible with the company for maximum business.
  • The candidate needs to explore the nearby market and areas for better penetration of our project.
  • The candidate needs to arrange sales meetings with me on a regular basis.
  • This job required a candidate with a sales background. Career growth with on time incentive.
