We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a DCDP - Indian Curry in the ITC Grand hotel industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality Indian Curry dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation to maintain consistency.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cooking Indian Curry dishes with a strong understanding of spices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food products.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including cookers, utensils, and cutting boards.
