CDP – Indian Curry

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at ITC Grand, responsible for preparing and cooking Indian Curry dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent kitchen management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality Indian Curry dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure all food products are fresh, seasonal, and sourced from reputable suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in an Indian Curry restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
