Executive Assistant responsibilities:
Manage scheduling for chairman
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of chairman
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Prioritize emails/ whatsapps and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Fix and Folloup on the Meeting's
Maintain and report of all daily reporting activities.
Coordinate between departments and make reports
Need to be highly organized and punctual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
