Job Overview

Wings Global Services is seeking a diligent Shop Assistant to join our team in Sion, Mumbai. This full-time position is perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the shop's daily operations, collaborate with the team, and ensure excellent customer service, aligning with our commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with and assist customers in a courteous manner.
  • Basic computer literacy including familiarity with using standard software applications for managing shop data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing shop-related data and generating reports.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members and customers.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shop objectives.
  • Solid product knowledge acquisition skills to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of transaction processing and the correct handling of products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, facilitating a positive shopping experience in line with our service standards.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and assisting in restocking shelves as needed.
  • Perform sales transactions accurately, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.
