We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Report Validator to review and validate mystery shopping reports. Your work will directly impact the quality of delivered data and the trust our clients place in our services.

Location: Remote (India)

Position: Full-time, Employment Contract

Schedule: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate mystery shopping reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on data collection processes according to company standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to field agents and internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation of validation processes, issues identified, and resolutions implemented.
  • Collaborate with project managers and shoppers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist in analyzing data trends to improve reporting and methodology.
  • Participate in training sessions for shoppers focused on report accuracy.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance QA efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in QA / report verification in a mystery shopping company.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/report errors.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
