Job Description

We are hiring an Associate Director AI Delivery & Performance to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI projects and ensure measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, and Performance Tracking, with proven experience in driving AI/analytics solutions from concept to adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI solutions with quality, scalability, and timeliness.
  • Translate business requirements into AI solution roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
  • Monitor solution performance (business impact, adoption, and model effectiveness).
  • Build and present executive dashboards to leadership teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks and adoption processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve delivery challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years of experience in AI/analytics/technology delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI lifecycles, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Excellent skills in business analysis, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, ML monitoring platforms.
  • Prior exposure to insurance, financial services, or SaaS (preferred).
  • Understanding of AI governance and operationalization at scale.
