Job Overview:
- Leena AI is seeking a Director, Solution Consulting to lead a team of solution consultants while providing hands-on technical expertise to manage high-priority client implementations.
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced technical leader who can seamlessly bridge the gap between client requirements and Leena AI's platform capabilities.
- You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor your team, and work directly with key clients, ensuring top-tier delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Team: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Solution Consultants.
- Help upskill and guide them in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Client Engagement & Technical Expertise: Lead key client implementations, delivering technical insights and serving as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients during the implementation phase.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Oversee the design and documentation of solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs while leveraging Leena AI's platform capabilities.
- Client Workshops & Solutioning: Lead discovery sessions and solutioning workshops to define business requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Agile Project Management: Manage deliveries for the solution consulting team, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met.
- Proactively manage risks and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during integration, including API review, configuration, and log analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance implementation processes, integrating lessons learned from client engagements to optimize future deliveries.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA) to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical delivery, or SaaS implementation roles.
- Prior experience managing client-facing teams is essential.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), databases, and basic scripting/debugging is required.
- Experience with digital transformation in a large enterprise ecosystem.
- Client-Facing Skills: Experience leading technical discussions and solution design with US-based enterprise clients.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation/client onboarding projects.
- Global Exposure: Experience working across time zones, especially US/Europe, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday. com.
- Experience with Enterprise systems: Exposure to enterprise systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Servicenow, BMC, OnPrem Active Directory, etc.
