About the Internship

We're looking for Tech Support Interns who are eager to learn and solve real-world technical challenges. As a Tech Support Intern at Aiflo, you'll assist users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide first-level technical support to users via chat, email, or calls.


• Troubleshoot software and system-related issues and escalate when needed.


• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.


• Assist in preparing FAQs, help guides, and support documentation.


• Log, track, and manage user queries efficiently.

Required Skills:


• Basic understanding of web applications and SaaS platforms.


• Knowledge of troubleshooting and customer support practices.


• Strong communication and analytical skills.


• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Eagerness to learn and explore AI-based tools and automation technologies.

Who Can Apply:
