Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Support Executive based in Pune. The role involves managing customer support interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective online and technical support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service, contributing to the overall success and client-centric approach of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative team environment in Pune
- Problem-solving skills and aptitude for handling international customers and dynamic demands
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in international customer support or a similar role is advantageous
