Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with the opportunity for some remote work. The role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell technical products, providing expert technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves delivering product demonstrations and training sessions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Strong expertise in Technical Support to assist clients effectively with product usage and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and convey technical information clearly
  • Hands-on experience with Sales processes and techniques, along with the ability to work towards meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in the electronics or soldering equipment industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client support and demonstrations
