Role Overview:
As an Operations & Business Support Executive at SAXEO Manufacturing Solutions India Private
Limited, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and the company's business
growth initiatives. This role involves coordinating with clients and vendors, assisting in sales and
marketing activities, managing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. You will also
contribute to market research, lead generation, and digital marketing, while working closely with
internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and build long-term business relationships in the B2B
manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess new business opportunities, and provide competitor and market insights.
- Generate and qualify leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms; ensure consistent follow-up and maintain professional communication.
- Use CRM tools to update and track client interactions, inquiries, project statuses, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, verify specifications, and ensure timely order execution according to customer requirements.
- Assist the marketing team in executing email and social media campaigns; track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and maintain client proposals, quotations, presentations, and brochures aligned with company goals.
- Support content creation for the company website, blogs, case studies, and social media in line with branding objectives.
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Submit regular reports summarizing lead status, vendor updates, campaign outcomes, and other operational highlights.
- Take initiative in handling additional assignments or special projects to support smooth operations and overall business development.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years experience, freshers also may apply.
- Master's or any equivalent discipline in sales, marketing, operations, or international business.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and presentation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
