JOB DESCRIPTION

Fitness managers are responsible for leading and maintaining the day-to-day strategies and operations of the facility. They work in the best interest of their customers and business. It's their prerogative to buy, sell, and maintain on-site equipment; requisition talented staff; and manage their team of trainers. Fitness managers also plan employee schedules, create ideas and actions for revenue growth, navigate crisis management, and in some cases provide gym tours for potential clients. They also analyse a facility's performance metrics and work alongside their team to set goals and milestones for increasing sales, maintaining branding, and creating a satisfying customer experience. They are often the strategic heads and final authorities of fitness facilities.

ON FLOOR DUTIES

Educate the Trainers in their respective job duties.

Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for Trainers.

Ensure that the customers are given high quality services and assistance when needed.

Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs.

Stay abreast on latest updates in fitness industry.

Ensure gym facility is maintained clean, safe and orderly.

Ensure that gym equipment are kept in good working condition.

Monitor the initial workouts of new customers and provide feedback.

Offer various fitness programs to suite customer's specific needs.

Work with other staffs to achieve monthly target.

Ensure that all staffs follow centre's procedures and policies.

Supervise day-to-day operations of the gym and personal training sessions.

Organize educational training, seminars and meetings for training staff for professional growth.

Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from customers.

Implement customer suggestions and recommendations to optimize training program.

Schedule and conduct gym tours to new customers.

Maintain all paperwork regarding personal training schedules and procedures.

Oversees daily operations for assessments & training.

Maintain PT session sheet

Responsible for developing selling skills for PT staff.

Maintains knowledge of Gym pricing & promotions regarding Personal training and Gym floor

SALES DUTIES

Responsible for overall revenue targets of Renewals, References & Personal training sales.

Responsible for positive conversion of trials and references generated.

Generate PT revenue by offering additional services to new & existing customers.

Responsible for training staff regarding the BIA and sales of BIA

Requirements

Candidate should be flexible in timings gym is operational from 6 am to 10 pm.

Candidate should have relevant fitness Industry experience.

Candidate should hold valid fitness certifications.
