Roles & Responsibilities

Fleet Operations & Performance

• Manage a fleet of 2000+ Delivery Executives (DEs) to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time deliveries.
• Achieve all defined performance metrics — SLA adherence, order accuracy, cancellations, and efficiency targets.
• Track daily DE login count, order SLA compliance, and escalate real-time issues.

Training & Development

• Train new DEs on order delivery processes, app features, payouts, and shift timings.
• Conduct morning huddles for daily performance reviews and COD reconciliation.
• Lead weekly huddles for performance improvement, recognition, and rewards.

Roster & Shift Management

• Design DE rosters and shifts ensuring operational coverage, balanced workload, and permitted leaves.
• Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and ensure healthy day-to-day login counts.

Real-time Support & Escalations

• Assist DEs in real time with delivery issues, app troubleshooting, escalation management, and support ticket raising.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly by coordinating with sourcing, supply management, and operations teams.

Cash & Inventory Management

• Manage COD orders and COD deposition ensuring zero cash loss or discrepancies.
• Oversee DE inventory (bags, uniforms, devices) and maintain accountability.

Sourcing & Retention

• Support DE sourcing, onboarding, and referral tracking.
• Drive initiatives to reduce attrition, improve DE retention, and increase active order fulfillment.

Who You Are

• 4–7 years of experience in fleet management / last-mile operations / logistics.
• Proven track record of managing delivery associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in roster planning, performance management, and COD/cash handling.
• Excellent people manager with ability to train, motivate, and retain large ground teams.
• Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable solving problems in real time.
