Role Overview

This internship is designed for fresh graduates and young professionals who want to gain real-world exposure in business development. For the first 3 months, the role will be commission-based, rewarding you for every target achieved. After 3 months, you will transition into a fixed salary + incentive structure based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT and related industries.
  • Pitch and promote ChapterInfo's IT solutions to businesses.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop business growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Prior exposure to sales/marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

  • First 3 Months: Commission-based (earnings linked to targets).
  • After 3 Months: Fixed salary + Performance Incentives.
