Role Overview
This internship is designed for fresh graduates and young professionals who want to gain real-world exposure in business development. For the first 3 months, the role will be commission-based, rewarding you for every target achieved. After 3 months, you will transition into a fixed salary + incentive structure based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in IT and related industries.
- Pitch and promote ChapterInfo's IT solutions to businesses.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop business growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior exposure to sales/marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation
- First 3 Months: Commission-based (earnings linked to targets).
- After 3 Months: Fixed salary + Performance Incentives.
