Job Summary:-

1. Role Overview

The ERP Project Manager (Oracle and Recvue) will be responsible for leading the Discovery phase of a large business transformation engagement using SaaS platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue). This role requires strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors across global deployments. The ERP Project Manager will ensure that Discovery phase deliverablessuch as project governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, and design workshopsare executed effectively. This is a long-term program (2+ years) starting with Discovery. Based on performance, the role may be extended into subsequent project phases through build, go-live, and hypercare.

1. Key Responsibilities

2. Lead overall planning, execution, and governance of the Discovery phase for Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, FAH, GL) and RecVue transformation.

3. Facilitate project kickoff, stakeholder onboarding, and governance setup, ensuring alignment with client leadership objectives.
4. Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
5. Drive delivery of Discovery deliverables such as project governance, stakeholder assessments, change management approach, and design workshop schedules.
6. Coordinate across functional tracks (OTC, PTP, RTR) and RecVue billing teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
7. Ensure proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation to leadership when necessary.
8. Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and client SMEs to ensure requirements are effectively documented.
9. Provide executive-level reporting and updates on program health, milestones, and outcomes.
10. Ensure compliance with quality standards and project management best practices.

11. Support preparation for subsequent phases, including readiness for design sign-off and build execution.

12. Required Skills & Experience

13. Overall IT experience of 17+ years with 5+ years in managing Oracle Fusion Deployment, 5 years in managing Oracle ERP Deployment (EBS/PeopleSoft).

14. Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP transformation programs using SaaS platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud and RecVue).
15. Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud (AR, AP, CM, FAH, GL) and their role in global ERP deployments.
16. Expertise in project governance, program planning, budget control, and stakeholder management.
17. Experience managing multiple vendors, subcontractors, and globally distributed teams.
18. Strong knowledge of program delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and application to ERP programs.
19. Proven ability to drive Discovery deliverables such as stakeholder assessment, governance models, and design workshops.
20. Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
21. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional project management certification is required.
22. Oracle ERP Cloud or RecVue-related certification is preferred.
