Presales Executive

Ganpati Builders is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our office team at Cunningham Road. The role involves managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, making a strong impact on their buying journey.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from various sources including digital campaigns, property portals, and channel partners
- Call and qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and readiness to buy
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team and ensure high conversion-ready handovers
- Maintain lead data and communication records accurately in the CRM system (LeadSquared/Salesforce)
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until they visit the site or get disqualified
- Share project details, brochures, and location maps to prospects via digital platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
- Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales (Real estate preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle and customer behavior
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
Other Requirements
- Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from the Cunningham Road office
- 6-day work week; comfortable working on weekends ( 1WFH-1OFF )
- Ability to manage high-volume calling targets with a positive attitude
