What you'll be doing:

 
Discover & onboard creators
: Find exciting influencers across Instagram, YouTube & more (think moms, lifestyle creators, health voices)

 
Manage collaborations
: From pitching and product dispatch to tracking timelines & deliverables — you'll own the full collab lifecycle

 
Coordinate campaigns
: Negotiate rates, track barters, send products, chase for content — hustle responsibly

 
Leverage influencer content
: Help repurpose reels and testimonials for performance marketing (Meta + Google ads)

 
Stay on trend
: Keep an eye on what's buzzing in the creator economy — latest trends, platforms, hacks

 
Be a creative sparker
: Assist with ideas, captions, and maybe even Canva when needed

Who you are:

A 
natural hustler
 who can get things done, even if it means a dozen calls a day

Lives and breathes social media — understands how content trends work

Bonus if you've used Canva, CapCut, or any design tool

Detail-oriented, proactive, and someone who'll own this like it's 
your brand

Comfortable with follow-ups, negotiation, and long influencer chats

1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or influencer space
