The Role: Manager - Influencer Marketing - Creators Scouting, Campaign Planning & Negotiations
As a Manager - Influencer Marketing, you will be the engine driving our campaigns from strategising the campaign, creator discovery, creator onboarding and creator negotiation.
What You'll Do:
Strategy & Planning
- Campaign Strategy:
Lead the planning process and execution for assigned brand accounts. You'll deeply understand client requirements and translate them into compelling, data-backed influencer marketing plans and creative ideas. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to build exceptional value into campaign pitches and operations. - Alignment:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer marketing campaigns align perfectly with overall client marketing objectives and brand voice.
Creator Management & Negotiation
- Discovery & Outreach:
Research and shortlist relevant creators across target industries and demographics using influencer platforms and manual search. - Build Relationships:
Identify, onboard, and build strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, celebrities, and their managers to foster brand advocacy and future collaborations. - Negotiation & Contracts:
Masterfully negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms, deliverables, and usage rights, to ensure cost-effectiveness and successful execution.
We're After Someone Who:
- Has a strong influencer network and a proven track record of delivering successful campaign results.
- Is data-driven yet creative, capable of developing innovative campaign strategies informed by analytics.
- Can juggle multiple projects with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Solid understanding of social platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a professional, persuasive approach.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to internal teams on influencer marketing best practices and strategies.
