Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance the overall learner experience across all programs.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation sessions, helping learners smoothly transition into their learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including learner profiles and support tickets.
  • Provide timely mentorship reminders and coordinate interview schedules for Cohort-based programs.
  • Track and maintain records of mentorship sessions and collect feedback from live sessions.
  • Engage with customers to capture success stories and testimonials for community and marketing use.
  • Respond promptly to platform-related queries via email and phone, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Support overall learner operations by updating internal systems and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Who Should Apply:

  • Students or recent graduates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Passionate about EdTech, learning, and working with people.
  • Comfortable working with tools like CRM, Excel, Google Sheets.
