Job title- Performance Marketer
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Collaborate on defining campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, linkedin and Bing Ads for traffic, leads, and conversions.
Implement display advertising campaigns and utilize retargeting strategies across relevant ad networks.
Analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance through A/B testing and landing page experiments.
Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on ROI and ROAS targets.
Qualifications:
~Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
~Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI/ROAS.
~Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
~Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
~Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other digital marketing analytics tools is a plus.
