Job Title: Team Manager – Recruitment
Job Role:
The Team Manager – Recruitment oversees and leads the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes that align with organizational goals. The role involves managing recruiters, developing hiring strategies, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management
Supervise, guide, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Allocate job requisitions among recruiters and monitor daily performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Forecast hiring needs based on business plans and manpower requirements.
Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to plan recruitment timelines.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Oversight
Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Ensure all positions are filled within defined timelines and budgets.
Maintain quality standards in candidate shortlisting and hiring decisions.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track team performance through KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Promote the company's brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
6. Compliance & Process Management
Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal standards.
Maintain accurate records of interviews, offers, and hiring documentation.
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with external agencies, job portals, and consultants for sourcing.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
