We're looking for a seasoned professional to join as Lead – Growth & Partnerships — someone who can bring strategic clarity, unlock long -term funding, and become a trusted voice in shaping our external relationships. This is not just a job. It's a chance to build something game -changing from the ground up. The Role As Lead – Growth & Partnerships, you'll be among the earliest full -time hires on a team that's still being built. You'll work directly with the core team — designing our fundraising strategy, opening doors to like -minded allies, and ensuring our supporters stay deeply engaged. This is a hybrid role that combines fundraising, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder management. It's for someone who thrives in early -stage chaos, loves crafting compelling narratives, and brings both heart and hustle. Key Responsibilities  Fundraising Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive fundraising roadmap across CSR, HNIs, family offices, grant makers, and institutions.  Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with companies, foundations, and ecosystem players aligned with our mission.  Relationship Management: Own end -to -end servicing of our donor and partner ecosystem — updates, impact reports, and high -touch engagement.  Pitching & Storytelling: Develop proposals, decks, and grant materials. Help craft narratives that move people — with insight, authenticity, and clarity.  Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a strong CRM, track key performance metrics, and share regular progress reports with internal and external stakeholders.  Representation: Be part of key conversations, meetings, and events — as a face of the project and a close collaborator of the founding team.
