Job Title: IT Project Associate

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 2–6 years (Government / IT Infrastructure Projects preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly proactive, smart, and organized IT Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple government and IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should be hyper-active, focused, goal-oriented, and capable of handling coordination across multiple teams, vendors, and departments with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, and communications between internal teams, clients, and government departments.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
  • Schedule and attend virtual meetings, video conferences, and follow-up calls.
  • Handle project correspondence and ensure information flow between departments.
  • Support project managers in resource allocation, budgeting, and task tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants for timely project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues quickly.
  • Maintain a proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in project coordination (preferably in IT or government projects).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, hyperactive, and detail-oriented personality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with government departments or large-scale IT deployments.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / PMP basics).
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
