Salt Web Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager As a leading software development company Salt Technologies is committed to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences globally We specialize in web development UI UX design and custom software development and take pride in our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget We are seeking an Associate Project Manager who will serve as a Scrum Master leading Agile projects and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery As an Associate Project Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive the successful completion of projects Requirements Responsibilities Lead Agile projects acting as the Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope Create and maintain project documentation including project plans user stories and sprint backlogs Manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met Identify and manage project risks and dependencies Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or related field Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master Certification as a Scrum Master CSM preferred Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks specifically Scrum Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Experience using project management tools and software Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Benefits Comprehensive Medical Insurance Performance-Based Bonus Employer Contribution to Provident Fund Gratuity Benefits Annual CTC Package INR 10 00 000 - INR 12 00 000
