- Job Title: IT Project Associate

- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong communication and cooperation.
- Support the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Utilize Business Catalyst platforms to facilitate integration and adoption of new digital strategies.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles, proposing proactive solutions to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for smooth project execution.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure users are well-versed with the new systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development of documentation, including project plans, reports, and manuals.
- Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within IT environments.
- Proficiency in using Commerce platforms and Business Catalyst for project integration and execution.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

- Manage day-to-day operations of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
