Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for the position of Travel Sales & Reservations Executive. The executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service queries, and driving sales. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, processing bookings, and providing information about serviced apartments to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and handling booking processes
- Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
