Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining sales pipelines, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to provide customized solutions. The Account Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing sales.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs
  • Strong skillsets in Tally, ZohoBooks for accounting
  • Proficiency in GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS areas
  • Excellent skilksets in payroll compliances - PF, ESI, PTax
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proven ability to conduct statutory and internal audits
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (CA Intermediate / IPCC cleared / partially cleared preferred)
  • Experience in audit firm / consulting industry is a plus
