Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential opportunities, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, conducting client meetings, following up on leads, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of sales, business development, and account management practices
  • Ability to prepare proposals, reports, and presentations accurately
  • Familiarity with Telecommunications, Grid Systems, or Technical Solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
