Role Overview:

We are looking for 
enthusiastic freshers
 who are passionate about education, communication, and fieldwork. The role involves interacting with students, schools, and local institutions to promote KollegeApply's services, gather market insights, and help drive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 
    field visits
     to schools, colleges, and coaching centers across Punjab.
  • Promote KollegeApply's offerings
     to students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Perform 
    market research
     to understand local education trends and student preferences.
  • Collect feedback and insights to help improve our outreach and services.
  • Assist the marketing team with 
    on-ground campaigns, events, and seminars
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational stakeholders.
  • Report daily/weekly activities and insights to the team lead.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
     Graduate / Final-year student (any stream)
  • Experience:
     Freshers welcome (prior sales or marketing internship is a plus)
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, or Punjabi)
  • Energetic, confident, and willing to travel locally
  • Strong interpersonal and networking ability
  • Basic understanding of market research and sales concepts
  • Self-motivated with a learning attitude
