Requirements :

• Should have experience in coding and worked as a developer in the following language - NodeJS
and ReactJS

• Must have experience in project tracking and reporting

• Good experience within SaaS Project Management is required

• S hould have Strong communication skills

• Experience in agile/ traditional project management methodology

• Experience in Cloud architecture - based projects, Dev - Ops and CI - CD process.
Roles & Responsibilities :

• The Saas Project Manager will be responsible for:

• b ecome an expert in the platform and its integration. This will enable you to guide internal team
and clients through the onboarding processes as well as other projects.

• prepare and present detailed project and integration plans with timelines and deliverab les to
clients and ensure that internal teams are aligned on the plan.

• work with the client and internal teams in preparing detailed specifications and take
responsibility for reviewing and approving them.

• drive client contact and satisfaction – you will a ct as the main point of contact for the client,
ensuring that an exceptional level of service is delivered. Your efforts will ensure they maintain
a consistently high standard of feedback and NPS.

• Project tracking and reporting – you will be responsible fo r ensuring projects are delivered on
time, to specification. This will involve coordinating other roles and internal teams and guiding
the client through their responsibilities in the process.

• Good experience within SaaS Project Management from a high grow th, early stage tech
company, such as; SaaS, B2B, Martech, Fintech, HRtech, HR, Marketing,

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, and can both prepare and execute very detailed
project plans.

• Strong communication skills, communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety
of stakeholders.

• Comfortable working with, manipulating and interpreting data sets

• Deliver products using the appropriate agile/ traditional project management methodology,
Should own end to end lifecycle of product

• Should possess strong understanding of new age technology, architecture and Dev - Ops and CI -
CD process.

• Should have managed in past experience cloud architecture - based projects.
