Job Description

Position Overview:

The objective of Regional Manager – Supply is to onboard the vendors like automobile technicians and towing vehicles in the given geographical region to fulfill the orders within TAT. Must be comfortable to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing vendors in the assigned geographical regions

  1. On-board the vendors as per the company's terms and policies through our Mec+ application

  2. Understand the skill gap and deploy the required vendors in the region

  3. Fulfill the 100% orders received in the region

  4. Train the vendors to use the Mec+ application and complete the orders through technology only

  5. Pro-actively educate the vendors in customer experience, discipline, safety and other factors

Qualifications:

1. Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and follow- ups efficiently.

  1. Experience working collaboratively with other teams to address the customer needs and improve the service.

  2. Demonstrate strong abilities in both verbal communication and active listening.

  3. Mandatory fluency in Hindi, knowing South language is advantage

  4. Being an individual role player.

  5. Being flexible and adaptable

  6. Available on calls in most of the time

  7. Willingness to work in rotational week-offs
