Relationship Manager Job Summary

At Turito, we believe every learner's success story begins with the right support. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary connection between parents and the Turito learning experience. You will onboard families, guide them through the platform, ensure their child's educational journey is smooth, and help them unlock the full benefits of our online tuition offerings. Through proactive communication, service excellence, and trust-building, you play a critical role in long-term parent satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Onboarding and Setup


• Welcome newly enrolled parents and assist them in setting up accounts and class schedules. 
• Provide a clear orientation of the student portal, features, and learning tools to ensure ease of access and usage.

2. Journey Ownership and Support


• Take complete accountability for each assigned parent's experience throughout their association with Turito


• Resolve parent queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy, urgency, and ownership.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical or academic issues.


• Regularly connect with parents to check progress and strengthen trust in Turito's value.

3. Retention and Relationship Building


• Develop strong rapport with parents to understand their expectations, ensure satisfaction, and minimize churn.


• Highlight student improvements, share performance insights, and proactively address risks to retention.


• Encourage continued learning and long-term engagement by positioning Turito as a reliable partner in their child's academic success.

4. Revenue Contribution


• Drive renewal conversations with parents whose subscriptions are nearing expiry.


• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional courses or subjects that align with the child's learning goals.


• Maintain revenue hygiene through accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

5. Communication and Coordination


• Connect with parents across channels including phone calls, email, and chat.


• Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions, updates, and resolutions within CRM systems.


• Share insights, trends, and feedback with internal teams to support product, service, and performance improvements.

6. Quality and Performance Metrics


• Deliver services within defined SLAs and quality standards.


• Meet targets related to retention, renewals, customer satisfaction, and productivity.


• Participate in refresher training and continuous performance evaluations to upskill and excel.

Required Skills & Competencies


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decisions.


• Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and customer-first mindset.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.


• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic technical troubleshooting, and online platforms.


• Empathy, active listening, and a passion for supporting parents in their child's academic journey.

Preferred Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• A prior minimum of 1–2 years of experience in EdTech, customer experience/support, sales, or relationship management is essential for success in this role
