About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Analyst – I
to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with data, managing outreach processes, and contributing to business growth through analysis and engagement. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor with proactive sales support, helping the organization refine its sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
You'll play a key role in managing sales data, supporting outreach efforts, generating insights, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer data to support business decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and forecasts to assist management in planning and strategy.
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
LinkedIn Prospecting
- Research and connect with prospects using Sales Navigator and LinkedIn search.
- Send personalized invites and follow-up messages to potential leads.
- Maintain connection records and tag leads based on engagement and interest level.
Email Outreach & Nurturing
- Assist in drafting cold emails, nurturing sequences, and follow-up templates.
- Track replies, maintain communication logs, and help schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Maintain a clean and updated database of companies, contacts, and deals.
- Tag contacts appropriately, update deal stages, and assist in lead scoring.
- Ensure all sales activity and communication are accurately captured.
Follow-Up Calls
- Make occasional follow-up or reminder calls to prospects and clients.
- Handle re-engagement calls based on prior LinkedIn or email activity.
Sales Reporting
- Track daily outreach activity, email open/click rates, and lead conversions.
- Generate weekly reports summarizing outreach performance and pipeline health.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent in written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using tools like
HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets
(or eager to learn). - Enjoy interacting with people while also thriving in backend work like organizing data and tracking performance metrics.
- Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in the
B2B sales
and
insurance-tech
domain.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in
outsourcing sales
, particularly in the
Insurance Outsourcing
or
IT Outsourcing
space. - A strong understanding of the outsourcing market, sales cycle management, and client engagement will be highly valued.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 1–3 years of experience
in sales support, customer success, or executive assistance roles. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, organize, and present data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with sales and financial processes such as revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Proficiency in
Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
is an advantage. - Ability to work effectively in an
on-site, collaborative environment
in Bengaluru. - Comfortable working a
mid-shift (12 PM – 9 PM IST)
