Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and references.
  • Understand the customer's requirements for interiors (modular kitchen, wardrobes, living room, etc.).
  • Explain company services, design process, and key offerings in a convincing manner.
  • Capture accurate customer details in CRM and maintain daily call reports.
  • Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales/design team.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into meetings.
  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with leads until handover to sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to handle objections and engage customers confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / WhatsApp / Email).
  • Positive attitude and strong follow-up discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 7 per week
