About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer – Electrical with 5–6 years of construction experience in both GCC and India. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage electrical works efficiently while ensuring compliance with project standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and progress tracking.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and technical records.
  • Assist in planning, material management, and scheduling of electrical works.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely completion of electrical installations and commissioning activities.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of electrical construction experience in GCC and India (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design software is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
