About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer – Civil with 5–6 years of construction experience in both GCC and India. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, work progress, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and material management.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure all works adhere to project timelines and standards.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of civil construction experience in GCC and India (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methods, and site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or civil engineering software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures.
