About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer – Civil with 5–6 years of construction experience to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple project activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project activities.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and material management.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of civil construction experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project documents.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD, or other civil engineering software is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
